Our 150 and 200 Series feeders are our larger throughput feeders. They both are designed the same as our smaller units. Like our entire disc feeder family, versatility is the key to their performance.

The 150 design offers a 150 mm (6") in diameter feeding disc, and the 200 design offers a 200 mm (8") disc. The 150 Series feeder is designed for feed rate 0.03 to 140 kg/hr (0.6 to 300 lb/hr). The 200 Series feeder is designed for feed rates of 0.5 kg/hr to 360 kg/hr (1 lb/hr to 800 lb/hr). All rates can vary based upon the density, flow-ability, and size of material. The 150 and 200 Series small size allows easy mounting to almost any process. Like all of our other series feeders it holds unlimited possibilities!.

All of Orbetron's Disc series feeders are designed to handle bulk materials ranging from powder to pellets. these rates can vary based upon the density, flow-ability, and size of material. Standard disc sizes include 48, 24, 12, 6 holes per revolution. Special disc sizes are designed based upon your feeding needs.

Orbetron offers our engineering expertise to help handle your unique processing needs. Orbetron designs our disc feeder to be quick exchange capable, and easy clean capable.

We offer extended material hoppers based upon storage needs, these are also designed to meet you requirements. Like all of our feeders we design our feed housings to be quick exchange capable.

We use stepper motor technology with our software algorithm to ensure precise measurement by volume. This is all tied into our OC50 Series touch screen controllers.
OC50 - Single Volumetric controller for Batch and Continuous processes
OC50G - Single Gravimetric controller for Batch and Continuous processes
OC50 Plus - Multi-component Volumetric or Gravimetric controller

Incorporating our 3D printing technology we can design and produce different disc designs based upon your rates, and material type. This allows Orbetron to design a feeder for your exact application

This is the Orbetron difference!
