Orbetron was established in 2011 to fulfill a niche market in low rate feeding. With this technology we have designed 4 disc feeders that allow you to feed low rates of 1 gram per hour up to 1,000 pounds per hour.
With the growth of our company we have incorporated single and twin-screw feeding technology which has allowed us to offer complete blending and feeding systems.

We offer volumetric and gravimetric control systems. Volumetric, gives you the ability to meter a consistent volume of material. This assures a steady quantity of material is being released over time, providing a more economical way to meter materials that have a consistent bulk density.
Utilizing our volumetric feeding control we can produce gain-in-weight systems. This allows individual feeding of materials to equal a batch weight, which can be blended prior to sending to the process.
Using our advanced gravimetric control feeding systems that adjusts the speed of the feeder based on continuous loss-in-weight measurements, this ensure a consistent and repeatable system. With our loss-in-weight feeding technology, we can handle 4 processing lines and 16 feeders. This gives you the capabilities of feeding a diverse range of materials such as; pellets, granulates, powders and liquids. Our advanced system can also be used in gain-in-weight applications.
