Can you believe it’s already the end of 2022? As a company we have grown tremendously within the last year and are looking forward to even bigger and better for next year.
Let’s go down memory lane…
In between all our good this year, we hit the jackpot on our best feeding rates yet. We achieved a new record of feeding colored dye in powder form at a rate of 0.74 grams per batch! We had achieved success by utilizing Orbetron’s 100 Series Disc Feeder as a non-free flowing material, the cohesive material was processed by Orbetron’s agitation and dispensing technology.
In April, we had been featured in the Plastics Machinery Manufacturing Magazine and in BulkInside Magazine, where we had introduced our Batch Blender LIW Stepper Motor. Orbetron’s OBLIW-SM incorporates weighing technology with stepper motor controls for a high accuracy dosing capability, presented in grams, kilograms, or pounds. Multiple load cell capacities are available based upon batched weight. Orbetron utilizes 3-D printing technology for mounting capabilities into your process.
We have also been featured, in July, in the National Institute of Standards and Technology, where Orbetron was written about the growth during the year of 2022! We created a website ourselves and drove growth primarily from our personal networking. To expand our business, we needed to get into new markets, Polaris MEP and Sidewalk Branding (since acquired by Brave River Solutions) seamlessly changed our perspective and changed our business for the better.
On another occasion, Orbetron’s Presidents had written an article about Continuous and Inside Mixing of Liquids and Bulk Solids, that featured the mixing of liquids, powders, and processes of bulk solids for continuous and on-demand mixing.
In August, Orbetron also touched upon sustainability within the manufacturing industry and the importance it has amongst all consumers and manufactures worldwide. A focus was set on the percentage of regrind that can be reintroduced into products for cost reduction and how important it may be to all consumers when purchasing recycled materials.
Orbetron’s newest feeder The OSDS, was displayed at the K Show in Düsseldorf, Germany with the successful collaboration with Dynisco on October 19th through the 26th. The OSDS was not only displayed throughout each day of the show but also spoken about throughout the traffic of the show, on Dynisco’s LinkedIn and on multiple live videos. We are still very grateful for such an opportunity.
